As CEO, Zihla Salinas oversees the vision and direction of the integrated offering across Trailer Park Inc. Part of marketing services and solutions network Engine Group, Trailer Park is the leader in storytelling for content creators –providing entertainment marketing and content creation for a diverse client portfolio of major brands and top entertainment studios. Zihla’s role is pivotal in honing and expanding Trailer Park’s breakthrough strategy, branding, creative and 360 production capabilities, and in helping clients to create long-lasting connected experiences with their audiences and, ultimately, transform their businesses.
Zihla brings a unique expertise, as not only is her experience steeped in running formidable integrated creative businesses, she has also spent the last few years bringing data and digital expertise to entertainment clients as Netflix, Disney and E!. She joined Trailer Park from DonerLA, where she was Executive Vice President and Managing Director, developing and overseeing operations and playing an integral part in bringing the company’s vision to life from the ground up.
She joined DonerLA from parent company MDC Partners, where she served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Development, working hands-on to identify strategic growth opportunities and cultivate collaborative working models across the agency network. Prior to that, she was the CMO of RAPP, where she led business development, corporate branding and client strategy on multi-channel CRM and digital initiatives. In addition to her time at RAPP, she has held senior strategy and business development roles at companies including MXM, Genex and O’Grady Meye
